Job Description
SCOPE OF WORKA.Carrying out calibration/testing of Equipment's such as:
Temperature Calibration, Precision Multimeter, Multifunction Calibration, Portable Pressure, Calibration, Projection Microscope, Universal Magnetic Base, Micrometer Stand, Thermometer, Stop Watch, Thermologger Thermometer, Ultrasonic Flow Meter, Electret Storage Solution, Sound Meter, Solutions PH Buff Clean Store, Temperature Probe RTD General Purpose 10L, Temperature Probe 25LX63 Grounded, Electronic Digital Outside micrometer, Granite Plate of Grade with stand, Granite Plate of Grade without stand, Digital Vernier caliper, Weight 10 kg, Platform Balance, Analytical Balance, Precision Balance, Digital Dial Indicator, Torque Tester, Measuring Microscope, Tensile Load cell, Compression Load cell, Temperature Humidity Logger.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Record all the details of the equipments and customers.
2.Checking the condition of the equipments and recording the same when receive.
3.Handling the equipments with care.
4.Reading/understanding technical/support documents of equipment before start the job.
5.Follow the calibration/test as per the procedure and instructions from the superior.
6.Reporting to superior about the failures/malfunctions of the equipments.
7.Making proper reports of calibration/test and certificates.
8.Checking all equipments and documents during delivery to the customer.
9.Following all the quality procedure/system for laboratorys documentation, recording and information.
10.Keeping all the Laboratory assets and master equipments proper location, clean and neatly.
11.Checking performance of master equipments regularly.
12.Checking calibration/maintenance record of master equipment regularly.
13.Keeping the laboratory premises as per the quality system and maintaining cleanliness and good housekeeping.
14.Reporting at customers site on time with all the required equipments and documents.
15.Follow the safety rules and use the required Personnel Protective Equipments.
16.Observing the condition of equipment and report to the concerned personnel.
17.Choosing appropriate location to perform the calibration/test.
18.Reporting unsafe conditions of equipment/calibration job.
19.Properly handing over the equipments to the concerned personnel after the calibration/test.
20.Recording and reporting to laboratory about all the activities related to calibration/test job.
