Job Description

Design and Development Manager (NPD, R & D):

Expertise in Mfg. Progessinve Press Tools & Hot Runner Plastic Injection Moulds.
Responsible for designing progressive dies tools, Plastic moulds, Press tools, jigs and fixtures
Should have the ability to plan the processes and design complete tooling for new products
Must have knowledge of designing jigs and fixtures for machining operations
Keen interest in process improvements through better tools, dies and fixtures
Should have good working knowledge of AUTOCAD, Solid Works/3D softwares
Should have the ability to load jobs to the tool room, inspect their work and take daily feedback from Tool Room
Min work experience - 10-15 years in Progressive Dies/Press tools/Inj Moulding.
