Responsibilities
Handling office correspondence
Solving student queries
Manage Inbound / Outbound calls and follow up
Updating information
Always maintain good telephone etiquette
The role will be responsible for handling queries of students, faculties
Should be flexible to work in 24/ 7
Good written skills and an eye for detail
Strong team player
Extremely organised
Strong communication and inter- personal skills
Requirement
Prior experience of 1 year in customer support will be preferred
Should be flexible to work in 9:30am to 6:30pm
