Currently, We are looking for the Technical Architect (Primarily Python Django and Flask) in Yeshwanthpur - Bangalore.

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To lead the development and lifetime maintenance of software products
- Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements
and the design.
- Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
- Responsible for managing the continuous improvement process within the
software products lifecycle.
- Maintain project plans for both software and hardware development and report
back to management on the progress of projects.
- Perform products validation and testing against international, national and local
standards.
- Ensuring a detailed understanding of the needs with the team and providing
mechanisms to validate products against the standards
- Ensuring software products developed at our company are adequately documented, to
a level to allow other group resources to maintain the package and that adequate
backups of each version of software for all projects are maintained in an ordered
and safe fashion
- To get involved from initial concept, design and functional specification, some
writing of code, writing of preliminary documentation and testing of the final
product.
- You will have a number of staff in your team and be expected to directly manage
those staff.
11.To carry out staff appraisals, skill sets reviews and general personnel
management.
- Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
- Make yourself completely aware with all the technologies thoroughly especially
the ones associated with software or application which is under construction.
Requirements:
- Total 10 plus years of experience in Software Developing as both back end and
front-end programmer and minimum 03 years as Software Technical Lead.
- Highly skilled in Python Django Framework and able to lead the team of
developers working on similar platform.
- Good Knowledge in working with Databases like MS SQL, My SQL and its
operations.
- Must have excellent technical abilities in order to successfully perform their job
responsibilities.
- Applicable skills may include the following: mobile or website systems; security
principles; open source security tools; programming languages; and shell
scripting.
- Aside from key technical abilities, need to have strong leadership skills to
motivate team members and know how to efficiently make important decisions.
- Should also have strong communication skills to oversee personnel and foster
collaboration with other organizational departments.
- Should display a high degree of adaptability in order to learn new technologies as
needed and successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical
environment.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B Tech / MCA
Relevant Experience: Minimum 10+ Years
