Opening at: A Leading Private Sector Bank.

Role: ASM - Business Banking / SME / Working Capital

Location: Chennai

Job Profile:-

1. Acquire, grow and manage portfolio of Business Banking (SME), Clients

2. Managing the given geography and a Team

3. Deliver month on month targets on Business Banking (SME) Loan Disbursals, Fund based and non - fund based, Processing Fee, Fee Income, CA Balance and Portfolio Health

4. Manage end to end client engagements in structuring deals, approval process through credit, on-boarding, documentation closure and transactional relationship support

5. Manage Credit Memo preparation and presentation to Credit Committee along with Credit

6. Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw-downs and recovery / restructuring efforts if any

7. Build and manage an asset portfolio which contributes to Business Banking (SME) Banking and generate profits at satisfactory risk reward ratios

8. Work closely with the Business Banking (SME) Regional Head and Transaction Banking team to develop sales strategy for Business Banking (SME) clients

9. Identify market trend and target customers- needs in order to review and recommend product / services offerings for Business Banking (SME) clients
