We are currently Hiring Female Candidates only
Key responsibilities:
1.Attending calls from the customers for any queries or appointments
2.Making calls to the customers for resolving queries or appointments
3.Emailing the employees for any service leads generated for the day
4.Sending and reporting daily leads report
5.Making sure to follow all the SOP as per company standard that needs to be maintained on the call
6.Resolving every query that gets registered
7.Conversion of customers calling in for inquiries
Skills Required:
1.Communication Skills
2.Must be a Graduate or plus
3.Able to do Effective Co-ordination
4.Should complete tasks as per TAT
5.Listening and co-ordinating skills
