Designation : Sr. Insurance

Responsibility:

• Development and Coordinate with service providers (Franchise) for cashless tie ups.
• Regress follow up and taking feedback on Claims processing from the concern authorities
• Ensure customer satisfaction & regular interactions with Franchise partner.
• Responsible for handling Claims.
• Visiting insurance company and Franchise to understand the requirements of cashless Tie ups with insurer .
• Co-ordination with the workshop, insurance company branch, Investigators,
• Surveyor and insured regarding the enrollment of data and collection of Requisite insurance documents.
• Quality Check of claims MIS and resolving pending claims.

He should be from Automobile Sector, having experience in car Insurance

Must have exp of cashless tieup
