AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Role :Project Manager
(Project In-Charge) Responsibilities:
- Responsibleforthedeliveryoftheoverallprojectobjectivesfrominceptiontoclose-out assisted by the team.
- Responsible for gathering information from all stake holders and drafting,Design Brief,Project Definition Plan and getting approval from client for the same.
- Overall Administration and Control of site.
- Ensure team's daily site visit with vendors for compliance.
- Chair ALL Project Review Meetings wit vendors,consultants and clients.
- Ensure Compliance of agreed systems,processes and reporting systems.
- Walk through s with client and client interactions.
- Ensure team handles change management-Time,cost,design.
- Monitor changes to site logistics.
10.Ensurecoordinatebetweenpackagevendorsforthesmoothcoordinationofworks.
11. Responsible for project profitability.
12.Ensuretimelycertificationofrunningbillsbyrespectiveconstructionmangers.
13. Ensure timely payments to vendor from clients.
14.Identifyprojectrisksanddevelopmitigationplansforthesameanddiscusswithnecessarystakeholders.
15.EnsuretransferoflessonslearntfromClientanddeliverasperclient'sexpectations.
16 .Ensure Succession plans for staff and self.
17.EnsureValueEngineeringpresentationtoclientsandBuildabilityReviewofdocuments.
Project Planning
- Effective Management and successful delivery of Turnkey projects.
- Prepare master schedule for all projects including resource, execution methodologies, Milestone, Project Costing, Invoicing plan, Cash flow projection.
- Conceptualise the detailed project reports; take off documents, Project execution program after thorough discussion with clients, site selection, project evaluation in terms of outlays & profits attached.
- List down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
- Establish time span of project as per client and deliveries of projects within budgets, target set out by department, achieved quality and safety standards laid out, and accomplish Client satisfaction.
- Monitor/Discuss project status; review during the course of periodic project review meetings.
- Co-ordinate between different Departments.
You should be talented in Hindi speaking.
