PeopleSoft Technical Developer (HCM) @ HTC Global Services

Job Description

Proven and demonstrated experience in full system development life cycle Analysis, Design, development, Testing, Implementation and support of Peoplesoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 applications

Hands on experience with peopletools 8.51 and higher versions.

Strong experience in Modules (as many combinations as possible): Global Payroll, NA Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, Taxation, Personnel Administration.

Expertise in Application designer, Peoplecode, Application packages, Application engine, File layouts, Component interface, Integration broker, Approval workflow engine, Process scheduler, security administration and XMl publisher

Expertise in creating and modifying SQR reports and batch programs

Sound knowledge with SQL queries, and good to have knowledge on PL/SQL concepts in Oracle platform

Proficient in creating technical design specifications, impact analysis, test case and user manual documentations

Experience in working with business team on requirement gathering and for UAT support

Should be able to work and submit the deliverables as an individual contributor

Good to have experience with PeopleSoft Mobile / Fluid technologies
