Job Title-Agency development manager
Business Unit -Agency Manager Channel
Reports to -Branch Manager
Location - Nehru Place - Delhi
Age - up to 37 Years
Job Description-
- Recruit /Train FCs and advisors.
- Should have minimum 4 years of experience into insurance industry.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by up selling and cross selling of product mix.
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills.
Personal Attributes & Competencies-
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills.
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills.
Threshold criteria -
- Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
- Educational Qualification Any graduation.
- 2-8 Years of experience.
