Designation: Branch Manager.
Compensation/CTC Package: 4-8 LPA+ Incentive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling team of 5-8 relationship manager.
- Maintaining good and healthy relationship with FLS
- Manage the relationship with team, customers(internal & external)
- Support day o day operation of the sales
- Managing sales and related activities for the channel
Criteria Required:
- Education Qualification: Graduate Any stream.
- Experience at least 2 years in Life insurance.
- Android based smart phone with an active connection as we have spot issuance of Insurance policy to the customer through our technology platform.
