> (Specially V Look Up )
> , MS-Word, Powerpoint and handled a huge number of databases
> Good analytical Skills, Highly trainable, quick learner,adaptive to changes and pressure in the organization.
> Drafting letter and be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
> Processing request for quotations and tenders, accurately and timely (before (due date)
> Processing orders timely & accurately
> Follow up with customer for required documents and confirmations to ensure smooth execution of order
> To record and update all MIS related to sales process.
> Having Experience in back office sales work
> Need to be well verse with tally or SAP system
> Required Qualification B.Com/BMS/M.Com
>
> Other Skills To handle all Inquiries & to prepare Quotations for the Mumbai Region.
> To check all Sales Orders from all the Branches.
> To prepare Proforma Invoice for Immediate Payment.
> To inform Logistics dept. about dispatching of Material.
> Checking the codes, rates, stock and making COD and giving it to logistics department for stock transfer.
> Experience in BOQ, Proforma Invoice & Quotations.
