Position: Ruby On Rails developer
Experience: Minimum 1 year

- What will be your Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Design robust, scalable and secure features.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards).
- Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Thorough understanding and senior-level Ruby on Rails, Web Domain, jQuery/JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3 & Bootstrap.
- Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances.

- Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.
- Proven work experience in software development.
- Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery.
- Experience developing highly interactive applications.
- A firm grasp of object-oriented analysis and design.
- Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code.
- Good knowledge of relational databases.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Qualification:
- Diploma and Degree.
