Our client is a recruitment platform dedicated to the Blue & Grey collar industry. Having raised funds from top VCs, they have a large team that leverages on technology to support tens of millions of candidates on their platform.

The Job

As Head of Operations, you will be building a multi-city team to develop multisource sourcing and onboarding strategy to scale current operations tenfold. With complete ownership and accountability of numbers, you will be responsible for:

Leading a multi-channel team to deliver on targets
Conceptualising tech products that can help you solve your problems
Working with product managers to roll out products as well as and the leadership team on future strategies
Seeking opportunities to improve funnel

The Profile

You possess a degree in BTech/MBA from a reputed institute.
You have at least 5 years experience in leading heavy operations teams in either e-commerce or an online delivery startup
You have demonstrated experience in improving operational efficiencies and display great data orientation.
You have high ownership and accountability with the ability to work well in fast-paced environments
You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
