The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Providing data analysis and building risk models to support risk programs.
  
• Preparing reports required for compliance regulations.
  
• Analysing incident reports, claims and insurance data.
  
• Ensuring compliance with clinical and environmental norms.
  
• Managing complex functions and multiple tasks as per the situation demands.
  

The Profile

• You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Analytics or related discipline and have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
  
• Proficiency using analytical tools is required, preferably healthcare industry specific analytics.
  
• Experience building risk models is a must for this role.
  
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must.
  
• You have worked on creating documentation in your previous roles and have good understanding of documentation and reporting tools.
  
• You can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  
• You are always up to date with compliance regulations and norms pertaining to the industry.
  
• You are a driven individual with a strong focus on set targets and goals, and you always work towards shared business objectives to achieve good results.
