Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions a leading Dairy and Food Engineering Company in India, looking for their Hyderabad OfficeCommercial Executive
Accounts Receivables Management
Accounts Payable Management
Managing Billing and Collection
Preparing Different MIS Reports to higher authorities
Responsible for daily, weekly and month Activities including Receivable/Payable
Ensure balance confirmations from all active suppliers.
Resolve queries, if any, with the consent of the manager.
Customer accounts reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, branch Reconciliations
Customer related MIS report circulation
Process statutory payments such as TDS, Service Tax etc as per due dates with proper approvals
Interaction with CA and CFA and settle monthly Claims
Weekly/Monthly Updating Receivable Statement to Higher Management for Review
Daily communication with Customer via email & Phone
Collecting and analyzing quantities datas
Banking and Statutory payments
Analyzing the cash and Bank position
Billing/Collection. Credit policy administration
Maintaining & Analyzing Employee Loans
Managing branch accounts functions through branch team
Assists in Tax audits, coordinates with external auditors, ensures timely statutory payments
Generation of monthly MIS of P&L - Includes Spends scrutiny, Rectifications if any
Customer account (Debtors ) reconciliations
Responsible for Monthly closing
Any Graduate with Excel & Tally knowledge
Experience 0 to 1 years,
Salary : Negotiable
Job Location : Secunderabad.
