Job Description

The Job

In this role you will be identifying new sales opportunities through focussed inbound lead follow-ups and proactive outbound lead generation activities like - offline campaigns and cold calling. You will be required to have a proper understanding of our target market in order to prospect the institutions and communities that fall under our purview. Qualified leads need to be forwarded to the sales team for further action. You will be working closely with our channel partners to build solid pipeline and expand the database of prospects.
The Profile

• You possess a Degree in any discipline and have an inclination to build a career in Sales domain. Prior experience in B2B sales roles would be an added advantage.
  
• You understand the Indian FinTech landscape and have a fair knowledge of different payment services available in the market.
  
• You can get on calls with prospective clients and can make your way up to key decision makers.
  
• Prior knowledge of sales principles, methods and practices would be helpful.
  
• You possess excellent listening skills along with an ability to build strong client relationships.
  
• You are motivated professional with a zeal to perform and excel.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with prospects.
  
• Proficiency in regional languages would be a strong plus.
