As a Project Manager managing Agile teams, you will be handling multiple responsibilities like planning, scheduling, coordinating, managing all the aspects of the assigned project. You will be required to chalk out the timelines and delivery schedules including proper milestones to be achieved in due course. You will also be working closely with client teams to understand their requirements and chart out best possible solution to address gaps according to their business needs. You will be maintaining a status report of the project and will be required to present the progress to senior stakeholders and client owners in regular intervals. Conducting training sessions for the team members and explaining them the Agile methodologies, providing the necessary infrastructure such as software, operating system, etc. will also be key to your performance as an Agile Project Manager.
The Profile
- You possess a Degree in Computer Engineer or related discipline and have at least 5 years experience, as an IT Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Scrum certification would be advantageous.
- Proficiency working with agile models and leading agile teams is a must for this role.
- Proven track record of performance and timely project delivery would be preferred.
- You have experience interacting with clients and can comfortably communicate in order to properly understand the project needs and end goals to be achieved.
- You have deployed large scale cloud solution based projects and have a solid understanding of the best practices.
- You are highly goal driven and have the ability to lead teams towards delivering results within set timelines and budgets.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
