Job Description
Role and Responsibilities / DeliverablesResponsible for the Overall performance of the centre .
Responsible for the Continuous Improvement of the centre.
Responsible to maintain all the infrastructure.
To be Incharge of the 5 S activities in the campus.
To define the responsibilities of all staff in the centre.
Responsible to meet the Admission target of the centre.
Review and Approve the Skill matrix of the staff and Time table.
To ensure the Delivery as per the time table to meet the syllabus
To review the Daily, Weekly and Monthly activities of the centre.
Monthly review with the Director on MIS.
To arrange 100 % placement for all eligible students as per the Norm.
To ensure the adherence to the ISO and EOHS.
To conduct Open Forum with the trainees regularly.
Participate in the Principals meet and regular meetings with Director.
Interact with Skill Dept to take care of the short term training.
To arrange Annual Sports day, Annual Day and participate in the Kalasangama / Greedasangama.
