Job Description

The Job

You will be responsible for :

Managing the firm's supply portfolio by identifying and onboarding potential suppliers.
Designing efficient sourcing and category management strategies.
Negotiating favourable terms on pricing, payment, delivery lead times and other key areas.
Calculating cost of procurement and managing sourcing budgets.
Performing ongoing supplier evaluation and improvement.
Continuous improvement of sourcing activities by identifying and implementing best practices.
Identifying risks and having checks in place to minimize them.

The Profile

You have at least 3 years experience as a Sourcing / Procurement Executive / Manager, ideally within Manufacturing.
You are familiar with vendor management.
You have worked with related software in your previous roles.
A solid understanding of market dynamics along with sound business judgement is required.
You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
