Job Description

The Job

We are hiring fresh graduates as part of the Sales & Marketing team for our new product line yet to be launched. Your responsibilities will be:

Visiting our existing network of sellers with the new product.
Gathering feedback from them basis purchase stats.
Measuring outcomes by using questionnaires and assessing the sales numbers.
Analysing sales stats to report success metrics geography-wise.
Venturing out into and identifying opportunities within the untapped network of small retail stores.
Conducting research on competitor offerings and their sales channels.

The Profile

You possess a Degree. Masters would be advantageous.
You are ready to travel locally and understand the local language for easier interaction with retailers.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker with excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
You can conduct basic analysis, using excel, to derive insights.
You have good presentation skills and can present your findings and results to managers confidently.
You are comfortable working with revenue targets and can work well under pressure.
