Our client is developing IoT applications specifically for the Transport sector. The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Developing Bare Metal or Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS)- based Embedded software applications on PIC, AVR, STM, MSP microcontrollers using C/C++.
- Designing functional modules according to requirements/specification.
- Integration & Software System testing/debugging.
- Interacting with the hardware and testing team to deliver the product in time efficient and assigned timelines.
- Supporting the development of embedded software including documenting requirements, design and implementation.
The Profile
- You have a degree in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- You are skilled in C, C++, embedded C and assembly language, 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers or processor-based system firmware design.
- You have a good understanding of interfacing and debugging hardware.
- You possess hands-on experience in using the tools, Emulators, debuggers, compilers, IDEs, DSO, Multimeters etc.
- You have knowledge in communication standards like I2C, USB, CAN, TCP/IP, SPI, RS232, RS422, TIA/EIA- 485-A and are familiar with standard communication protocols/interfaces including GSM/GPRS & GPS.
- You possess knowledge in GSM/GPRS/WIFI communication modes and GPS based systems.
- You have expertise in coding standards and SDLC methodologies.
- You pay strong attention to detail and have solid documentation skills.
- You are result-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
