Job Description
The JobYou will be contributing to SAP HCM related projects and will be responsible for:
- Contributing to every stage of project planning and implementation like - budgeting, milestone planning and external vendor management.
- Gathering client requirements and translating them into functional specification.
- Working towards becoming a subject matter expert in SAP HR related modules.
- Ensuring project SLAs are adhered to and performing along with the team to reach and exceed the milestones.
- Managing external vendors if required.
- Proposing solutions to enhance business productivity.
- Working closely with technical teams to ensure towards smooth delivery of solutions.
- Contributing to other consulting engagements on ad hoc basis.
The Profile
- You have at least 2 years experience working on an SAP HCM module and have an in-depth understanding of its functioning.
- A Masters in Business Administration from a reputed B-school would be highly preferred.
- You have good knowledge of modules like OM, PA, Time, Payroll and Travel etc.
- You can conduct integration and regression testing.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a self-driven, motivated and results orientated individual with a goal driven mindset.
- You can work well in teams and have the ability to listen and understand critical client issues with an approach to find the best possible solution.
