Job Description
The JobYou will be responsible for :
- Understanding and analysing existing business processes basis their productivity, quality, costs and time consumption.
- Identifying improvements to optimise these identified processes.
- Designing business plans in line with firm's strategy and objectives.
- Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
- Documenting the progress achieved at every phase and providing proper feedback to relevant teams.
- Revising procedures and policies at the end of every process implementation and go-live.
The Profile
In this role you are expected to bring in experience related to business process management, specific to SaaS businesses and platforms. You have worked with successful internet businesses in the past and have a solid track record of making a significant impact to businesses by identifying gaps in processes and turning them around. Exposure to business management software would be required along with a solid business acumen. You are a leader who can see the big picture and think beyond minor challenges to make a larger positive impact. You possess Master in Business Administration and have at least 5 years experience, post qualification, within Strategy & Operations or related roles.
