Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : -Perform Incident Management, Including Service Request and Restoration for Sev2 and Sev1 incident Tickets-Implementation of Data Products, Preparing LLD, runbooks SOPs and Knowledge Articles-Planning IOS Upgrades and executing the same-Supporting the Customers 24x7 as on when required-Best performance towards excellent CSAT-Root Cause Analysis of issues that caused network outages-ITIL /ITSM tools awareness SLA maintenance skills
Technical Experience : -Should have experience in Cisco devices Policies Management - Control local service chaining, Integration with ISE Policies Authentication-In-depth knowledge of Software-Defined Wide Area Network SDWAN technology on, Viptela, ISR/ASR Routers, Catalyst Switches 6k/9k and wireless Technology Catalyst 9500/9300, 6807 VSS and 3850, Cisco ASR1K, ISR4K routers-In depth knowledge of OMP Route Advertisements, TLOC Routes, OMP Route Redistribution, Unicast Overlay Routing, Multicast Overlay Routing
