* 1. Should be a qualified Post Graduate from a premier institution. 2. The incumbent should possess around 8-10 years of experience in the FD/MF industry gained in Banks, Distribution (Broking) or Asset Management. 3. Well-developed business acumen, complimented by strategic approach and sound business judgment. 4. Proven track record in a high growth environment. 5. Ability to exude the passion and drive to deliver build and grow mandates with a closely-knit team. 6. Experience of leading teams and others in an evolving environment. 7. Creates and communicates a clear and compelling view for the future of the business. 8. Experience in conceptualizing and implementing business development strategies. 9. Ability to provide leadership in an evolving business, in a highly competitive market.
