Position Description for International Sales Engineers Positions
DESIGNATION: - Export Engineers / International Sales Engineer
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BE- Mechanical / Chemical
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Must be Having 2 to 5 years experience in Capital equipment Selling & Business Development, preferably in HVAC field
Job Purpose;
Formulate and implement effective Business development, selling, networking plan in the region in order to achieve annual targets for BAA products like Dehumidifiers etc, enhanced Market Share, Product and Market Development, competition management to have sustainable, profitable and balanced growth of Business.
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
EXPECTED END RESULTSMAJOR ACTIVITIES
1. Order Booking for Region;
To ensure achievement of operating plans covering Business Analysis, Sales, Business development, marketing, Identify and review achievement of critical mile stones and ensure the progress towards annual business plan to ensure the achievement of agreed as booked contribution and top line objectives
2. Forecasting accuracy for superior Planning for Sales;
Forecast the Changing Landscape of Business Environment
Business Forecasting & Ensuring the accuracy of forecasting for better planning
3. Team Management and Development;
Developing & nurturing channel partners & Engineers in order to align the companys front team to achieve sustained growth in markets through Hard Goals, Operational Excellence and organization building initiatives
4. Networking & Business Development to facilitate the decision making and positioning COMPANY as Superiors Brand.;
Retaining, Regaining and exploring new customers & Industries To ensure achievement of operating plans covering Business Analysis, Sales, Business development, marketing
Building a network of brand patronizers like Consultants, Policy makers, OE Suppliers and Existing users and potential influencers.Building on existing contacts, identify areas of growth and opportunity in the market.
5. Competition Management to enhance Market Share and create Dominance in the market;
Building a Competition data base and keeping track of advancements made by Competition. Recommending Strategies to counter competition moves.
6. Industry, Trend & Exploration of business for consistent Growth & De-risking ;
opportunities Constantly monitor industry trends as a means of identifying and developing new markets which return value to bottom line Ensure implementation of Entry strategies in new Industries, markets and geographies to sustain & de-risk the existing business
7. New Application Development ;
Development of new application in different industries in the territory for BAA products.
8. Enhanced reach & Coverage;
Systematic review the coverage and identify the untapped area to build the business, Appoint agents / business associates in the targeted countries
