Job Description

We are having an urgent vacancy Manager - Inventory - Sales - Real Estate for a leading Company based in Mumbai (Colaba) and Hyderabad Location.

Experience: 4+ yrs

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

Relevant Experience: Commercial Leasing, Transactions, Spaces, Land , Real Estate

Roles and Responsibilities

Walk the street and identify supply required for transaction services across all asset classes
Maintaining Data base of projects and contacts.
Generating MIS and reports .
Looking after the mapping of demand and supply between the team and clients.
Working closely with transaction services to provide the most suited solutions to clients
Responsible for procurement, real estate & general administration for allocated region.
Communicating technical specifications internally with landlords /developers and team.
