Roles and Responsibilities
1. Support Talent Acquisition Manager in the hiring process.
2. Coordinating with the candidates for scheduling interviews, getting compensation documents, reference check.
3. Ensure completion of preboarding documentation of all the offered candidate to ensure smooth onboarding of new employee.
4. Build candidate database for future requirements.
5. Collate and analyse the hiring MIS and provide updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 5 to 8 Years (Recruitment background preferred)
(From Telecom Services/ Telecom Devices/Retail/Insurance/BPO /FMCG /Consumer Durable)
Qualification: Masters Degree in Human Resources
Age: Below 32 Years
