Job Description

Technology and Process oriented skillsets currently in use

Windows 2008/R2 and 2012R2 server operating system
IIS 7.5 and 8.5
Redhat Linux 6
ITIL - Change, Incident Problem management
WDT (Web Deployment Tool) tool for Cluster and Issuance management

Activities involved in supporting this area on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Working on the change activities from Multiple work areas called Work Groups
Monitoring incidents and service requests for work areas called Work Groups
Work on the incidents towards closure.
Linux checkout activites
Create a manifest and monitoring of issuances using a Web Deployment Tool
Using Looking glass tool for checking the status /Issuance logs.
Create Service requests for concerned team if any issues.
Disk space analysis
Troubleshooting skills in Win2008R2 and 2012 servers
Basic understanding of .netframework to troubleshoot webapplications on IIS

Basic skill profile that is required to meet the job duties

Windows server administration
IIS -Managing and troubleshooting web applications
Linux commands
Network
ITIL process
