Supply Chain Management Leader @ Wells Fargo

This role requires a strong experience in Supply Chain management across contracting, procurement and third party risk management. A strong understanding and capability in compliance management across US, India and Philippines regulations, specifically on areas like financial crimes, anti-bribery, FCPA etc. will be crucial. Experience with multinational organizations and operations within the SEZ and PEZA ambit will be a key advantage.

Key aspects of managing the operation include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Build a strong alignment with the Enterprise SCM team across the spectrum of services. Develop organizational structure for optimal interactions and scale with US leaders and counterparts. Ensure focus on global initiatives such as supplier diversity.
2. Delivery of services
   1. Deliver a high level of stakeholder experience in all touchpoints.
   2. Manage delivery of services, primarily Sourcing and P2P, across all categories, including but not limited to, Facilities management, Property projects, Professional services, Technology, HR, and Events.
   3. Optimize spend for the company. Additionally, develop and manage department resources and expense budget.
   4. Drive process improvement and productivity initiatives
      
3. Risk Management
   1. Ensure a strong control environment is in place to manage operational, third-party, compliance and reputational risk in all operations.
   2. Ensure local (country) statutory compliances are met.
   3. Adherence to the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management framework
   4. An understanding of the OCC Guidance of Third Party Risk (2013-29) bulletin would be an advantage
4. Local oversight of Enterprise Support teams. Partner with Enterprise SCM groups to integrate global delivery capabilities in the IP geography.
