Sap Pppiqm Sr Consultant - Hyderabad @ NTT Data

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with other leads and team members to review, identify, and resolve project /support challenges
• Cultivate strong relationships with Client?s Project Manager, CTM (s), BPO (s) to Proactively forecast mitigate, guide on Best Practises
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal resources to improve results
• Produce documentation for projects
• Look for solutions beyond monitoring, ticket resolution, bring in value addition to the client
• 24X5 Shift Support working
• Should have worked on large complex enhancement(s).

Key Accountabilities to support SAP ECC in the Pharma /Life Sciences domain in the below areas

• Recipe /BOM Management, GMP, Batch Management, Routing Scheduling etc,
• Contract Manufacturing / Contract Packaging
• Integration with ATTP - Serialization
• Quality Process for RM, WIP, FG, Subcontracting
• Inspection Lot, MIC, Batch Characteristics, Sampling
• Statistical Quality Control etc
• PM Process involving
• Breakdown /Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Count, Service entry, Asset Management, etc
• Integration with SD, MM, FICO, PI/PO/EDI, Label Printing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree, Preferably a BE, BPharm, BTech, BSc
• SAP ECC implementation Support experience
• Should have done 2-4 Onsite implementation and or Onsite Support projects in MNC Manufacturing / Supply Chain environment.

NICE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HAVE:

• 6- 8 years as SAP PPQM Consultant
• Domain experience in Production in Pharma/Life Sciences
• Onsite Experience with MNC Client(s)
• SAP PP certification: preferable
• Mandatory SAP implementation Support experience with Multi-country MNC
• Integration /interfacing with SAP ABAP, SD, MM, FICO, PI/PO.
• Solid organizing and planning skills for deliverables.
• Good priority setting and delegation skills.
• Solid analytical, problem solving, negotiation Reporting and communication skills.
