Role Description

The primary goal is to provide Financial Analysis and Consolidation and would be responsible for looking after activities of GBSS Diva reporting team covering the regions of APAC, North America, Latin America, EMEA, Viet Union, NDEU and UK as per the IFRS Standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• In depth Knowledge of overall Reporting and Consolidation and working experience in Internal Audit i.e. financial statements review like, Intercompany balances, Cash/bank balance and Loans/Advances, Cash Flows & Consolidation of Financials.
• Should be familiar with the balance sheet reporting guidelines and their detail level of financial reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS Guidelines on Financial reporting is an added advantage
• Preferred: Prior experience in Finance and Management reporting processes.
• Responsible for Reviewing the Financial reports received from various companies and its subsidiaries at Individual and Consolidation level.
• Submit the queries and review comments to the companies and get the Financials corrected as per the reporting guidelines and policies

Key Performance Parameters

• Provide timely reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs), compliance and noncompliance areas.
• Continually evaluate & update SOPs & ensures that process adhered to it.
• Continually evaluate and share Best Practices/Guidelines among team.
• Analyze and resolve complex or difficult problems presented by subordinates, and escalate appropriately to the senior management.
• Facilitate resolution of customer grievances in a timely manner and ensure superior levels of Service promises are met.
• Ability to lead the Knowledge Transfer phase of Transition.

Requirements for this role include:

• University degree or equivalent that required 3 years of formal studies of Finance/Accounting principles.
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Should have worked on Audit queries of Finance department reviewing the financial statements
• 1 year of experience in MS Excel.
• Good understanding of relevant accounting principles (GAAP).
• Flexible with shift timings.
