Job Description

Currently we are looking for Test Lead/QA Lead for Hexaware Mumbai/Pune Location.

Notice period : Immediate Joiner

Test Lead/QA Lead :

Years of Experience: Overall 8+ Years with minimum 2 years a test lead in RPA projects

Qualification: Bachelors degree in engineering or relevant stream

Skill sets :

• Must have hands on experience in testing projects on any RPA Tool - AA, BP, UI Path.
• Leading and QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Review test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
• Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Analysing test results and reporting to the development team.
• Experience of Perform root cause analysis and CAPA
• Ability to come up with QA process and Preventive action plans improve automation quality
• Strong knowledge in Data base, SQL queries.
• Good communication and customer facing skills.
• Good attitude and open to adopt change.
