Roles and Responsibilities

PeopleSoft Functional Senior FSCM - Support Manager


Technical, Business Skills

  • 7+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Functional Senior FSCM (Financials) version 9.2 modules:

o General Ledger

o Account Payables,

o Account Receivables

o Billing

  • Especially: 3+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Functional Senior FSCM (Financials) version 9.2

o Asset Management

o Project Costing

o Lease Administration (nice to have)

  • 7+ years experience with PeopleSoft Development tools (PeopleTools) version 8.54+
  • 5+ years experience creating Querys, n-Vision, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and SQR.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with migration projects in PeopleTools.
  • Ability to perform complex SQL queries and use database tools to examine table structures, indexes and other database objects.
  • Experience working with Oracle databases and SQL
  • Good communication and presentation skills. Able to work and thrive in a team environment.
  • Nice to have: PeopleSoft Development experience.

Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience (4 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelors Degree).
  • Must have experience in production support.
  • Experience in configuring (business setup), testing, troubleshooting, and support to the user for the enabling PeopleSoft FSCM applications and related modules.
  • Familiar with the native integration in PeopleSoft FSCM solutions.
  • Proven record in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to act as a single point of contact partnering

Desired Candidate Profile

Handle and prioritization of L1 & L2 PeopleSoft FSCM support tickets.

  • Gather required information when L3 escalation to Oracle is required.
  • Complies with and enforce system policies, procedures, and configurations for PeopleSoft FSCM.
  • Ability to review and assess release notes Oracle PeopleSoft, and implement mandatory system updates related to Federal and Regulatory changes.
  • Ability to create Functional requirements documentation for Technical Team.
  • Identify root causes and create resolution documents when problems are resolved.
  • Production Support Activities in compliance with Service Levels
