Hexaware is hiring professionals with excellent communication skills for Quality Analyst Role

Job Location - Nagpur

Working hours - 5 days working

2 week offs

Role & Responsibilities :

Auditing targets & daily production and summarizes findings and sharing it with TL / Manager

Provide coaching and guidance based on audit findings, and delivery

Weekly/ongoing performance feedback to the team

Mentor/Transition newly hired representatives to ensure a smooth transition from the learning environment to the daily production environment

Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of policies, procedures, and benefits

Requirement -

Minimum 1.5 years of experience as QA with International Voice process

Excellent communication skills

Graduation is must.

Candidates should be open for relocation.
