Job:

We are currently looking for confident, passionate and keen individuals to join a team of experienced tele-calling charity fundraisers to work with us & 2nd profile - face2face fundraiser .

What we expect of a charity fundraiser:

As a charity fundraiser what youll be doing is inspirational! You will be interacting with members of the public to inspire them to donate our organisation on a regular basis or one time. You will always work with a team of people and will be based inside office.

Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MSW / MBA (preferred)

Experience: 0-5 years of experience in relevant field / Sales & Marketing / BPO / KPO / Voice Process

Salary: Rs. 12,000/- to 18,000/- per month and additional incentive based on performance

Job Location: #3445, 3rd 4th cross 10th main 2nd stage ,Indiranagar Bangalore -560038 ,Near Central Bank .

Working days and timing: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding and awareness of TLMTIs work
  • Make calls and explain about TLMTIs work to members in a clear and interesting way.
  • Responsible for generating TLMTIs Revenue through maintaining individual contacts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills by approaching as many individual donors as possible and also to upscale the production and turning primary data to secondary.
  • Ability to raise the set target given by the line manager and ability to work to tight deadlines through retention and acquisition of new donors from one time and regular giving donors

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • 0-5 years experience in telecalling, fundraising, sales, direct selling for any industry (preferably financial products like credit/debit cards, loans, insurance etc.)
  • Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people
  • Keen desire to learn on the job
  • Energy and drive to inspire people and promote TLMTIs work
  • Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept and implement feedback
