candidates should have very good in experience into US mortage underwritting / loan processing / closing & funding - closing / Title search / mortgage processing / PPR /

These prior skills are more important experience only preferred.

very good in excellent communication skill in english.

More experience into subject matter expertise with team handling also US mortgage platform.
