Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Min 5-6 years of International BPO work experience
Must have exceptional writing and creativity skills
Successful experience in onboarding new customer
Understands how to prepare Pricing for new business
Fair understanding of new age tech AI/ ML ( RPAs/ Transformation Services in BPO)
Responding to RFPs, creating responses in Word & PPT.
Creating Process Maps, VSMs for Current and Future transformed or automated state

Soft skills required:

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Good client interfacing skills
Pleasing Personality
Energetic and self driven individual
Self motivated and team worker
