Title: Customer care executive
Location: Hyderabad
Language: Hindi, English or Kannada, Tamil
Salaries: - 11,000 NTH + conveyance allowances
Qualification: 10+2 or Any Graduate
Experience: - Fresher or experience
Shift: Day (9am To 6pm) OR 10am To 7pm)
Call Centre Agent Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing Inbound and/or outbound calls
- Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer;
- Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;
- Building sustainable customer relationships.
- Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieve targets.
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Agents need great verbal/written skills to effectively communicate with customers.
- Agents must be able to apply professional behaviour with colleagues and customers to quickly and effectively resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates with fluency in communication with languages (English/Hindi) ( kannada, Tamil)
- Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Must be patient and a good listener to answer customer query and concerns.
