Urgent Opening for Financial Counsellors In Admissions - Secunderabad,Hyedrabad

Qualification : Any Graduation

Experience : 2-10years

Location : Secunderabad, Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Allotting beds for admissions
• Receive the patient / attendant and make comfortable.
• Counsel the patient / attendant

1. Room tariff2. Eligibility.3. Package4. Visiting hours & video counseling for ICU patients5. Paid waiting area recliner & attendant cot .

• Check the Doctor advice for admission .
• Check the patient desire to get admit under cash, insurance or credit.
• In case of credit or insurance collect the necessary documents.
• Guide the patient / attendant to the admissions desk for the admission formalities.
• In case of planned admission, Reserve rooms for patient in advance, remind the patient a day before and confirm, explain to bring the documents required for admission.
• Collected cash to be summited with denomination .
• Attending patient/ attendant quires.
• When beds are not available check Up-gradation & complimentary benefit eligibility for the patients.
• Handling Medical records department related queries
• while on night duty:-

1. prepare the hospital occupancy 2.After midnight 12am prepare the vacant bed list by telephonic rounds

• Follow the process as per SOP and contribute to attain quality indicators.
• Follow the instructions given by HOD.

Others:

Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigencies of work.
