IIFL Finance is Hiring for CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE & GOLD APPRAISER/VALUER

Job Title : Gold Appraiser

1) To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.
2) Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes/policies - KYC adherence, maintaining all-important registers etc.
3) To provide high-quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
4) Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.

5)Ensure proper customer relation for renewal & reference.

6)Gold Loan experience is Mandatory.

Job Title : Customer Care Executives

1)Handle Branch activities, Customer queries about IIFL gold loan & its various schemes
2)Sales & marketing activities for generating the business
3)Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.
4)Verify customers KYC & complete online registration. Call customers as per CRM lead (Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads)
5)Ensure proper customer relation for renewal & reference.
6)Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM . Drive cross-selling of other financial instruments of IIFL.

7)FRESHER CAN APPLY

GRADUATION IS MANDATORY.
