Job Title: Unit Sales Manager- Key Relationship Group

Location: Vijaywada

Minimum Experience: 2to10 years

Type of position: Full Time

Job Responsibilities;

 Achieving the sales target assigned to the USM through Relationship / Channel Management, SO / Associate management

Job Profile:

• Coordinating with other departments such as Claims, U/W & Operations.
• Manage Relationship with the Insurance Managers and segment teams of the business partner for sales
• Objection handling of the sales team of the business partner
• Calls with the sales team of business associate at their channel
• MIS to business partner teams
• Sales & Booking of all retail business
• Manage Sales Officers / Associates and support them for business process & booking
• Recruitment, Training & Motivation of SO / Associate

Education Requirements: Any Graduate/MBA preferably (Marketing)- one should be fulltime

Age Criteria: 23yrs to 30 yrs
