Job description
Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Prepare project plan and communicate the adherence to the same on regular basis.
- Follow the Infosys Transition Framework and project tracking methodology
- Deploy Project Management tools and techniques to regulate the project as and when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain Project Management documents (Risk- Assumptions- Issues- Decisions) and drive the open items to a closure.
- Track the project in terms of scope, schedule, quality and update the Project Stakeholders with the status of the project including Risk- Assumptions- Issues- Decisions as per the cadence.
- Coordinate with all internal/external stakeholders for successful completion of project deliverables.
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure hiring is on schedule to meet the project requirements.
- Supervise and report on the knowledge transfer process including documentation
- Escalate any issue as and when necessary to draw required attention.
- Prepare transition solutions for new opportunities
This job might be for you if you have the following skills (Skills, Experience)
Process Skills:
- Well versed with building large Transitions program plans and execute in line with commitment
- Support end-to-end sales cycle process (RFI/RFP/RFX/RFQ) for BPO deals
- Create and deliver impressive Transition approach presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Well versed in BPO transition lifecycle starting from Solution/Proposal Preparation, Due diligence, Transition planning & execution, Transition Closure and stage wise effective communication plan to update and seek attentions of stakeholders/action owners.
- PMP/Prince2/CSM/ITIL will be preferred
Behavioral/Soft Skills:
- Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in Project Management and Process Improvement
