Background Experience - 3 - 4 years of experience in WFM
Shifts - NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY
Behavioral Competency
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Sound understanding of Call center WFM metrics and work experience in Chat processes in an added advantage
3. Sense of ownership to complete task satisfactorily
4. Run Operation floor to maintain Key WFM KPIs i.e. Shrinkage, Schedule adherence etc.
Skill Sets
1. Good Knowledge of MS Excel
2. Good Knowledge of agent scheduling and on floor staffing activity planning
3. Should be able to co-ordinate with operations Managers and Leads
Job Description / Function
1. Prepare Agent schedules and Daily adherence plans
2. Prepare various Ops production reports
3. Perform RTM role independently
4. Manage Breaks and Resource availability on floor
