Job Description
eClerx Services Ltd. is hiring for a Program Manager role to lead BA initiatives and delivery for the strategic client.
Job Location : Pune
Domain: Investment Banking / Capital Market
Exp - 12+ years
Skills / Experience Required
Must haves
- Preferable relevant work experience in program and project management in IB Operations (Cash Equities, Derivatives) or Reference Data (Product) or Risk & Finance domains. Experience in running front-to-back projects will be beneficial.
- Analytical and Problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and team management skills, Leadership, ability to impact Customer directly, quality consciousness, and Relationship building and networking skills
- In addition, they need to possess strategic perspective, business acumen, action orientation, and drive for results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to network and earn the confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team.
- Excellent multi-tasking, stakeholder management and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with teams across time-zones and cultures.

Objectives & Responsibilities
Innovation and Pre-sales support
- Proactively look for improvement to operating models through both strategic and tactical change
- Engage with client stakeholders to make the business case for change
- Help Sales Team with taking new ideas/solutions to clients and support on technical aspects of the proposal
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses on IT solutions to be used in the process
- Estimate costs and workout pricing for IT projects
Program Management
- Define roadmap and set targets for process improvement and automation initiatives
- Review deliverables such as requirements documents, design documents and functional test documents
- Coordinated with internal and external stakeholders to drive participation in the initiatives
- Led and manage teams to timely delivery of projects
- Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks in a timely manner on required topics, from high-level functional overview to detailed technical overview of key data flows
- Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team
Team Management
- Create resource plans based on project pipeline
- Manage people costs within budget
- Manage recruitment and training of resources
Reporting and Escalation
- Ensure consistent and meaningful reporting and issue resolution management
- Lead discussion around issue resolution (classification of issues, follow-ups etc.)
- Engage stakeholders proactively and coordinate across respective teams sitting in different regions
