Job Description

Role - Business Analyst/Heathcare consultant

Exp- 6-13 Years

Notice period- 30 - 90 days

Location- Hyderabad, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description (JD) Business Analyst / Healthcare Consultant

1) At least 4 to 6 years of functional BA experience in the healthcare domain

2) Proficient in BA skills Should be able to handle requirements end-to-end

3) Must have hands-on experience in preparing use cases, user stories, functional requirements, process diagrams, UML diagrams, and in creating prototypes

4) Professional education like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an added advantage

5) Should have a business mind-set to understand and appreciate business and functional requirements, and to translate them to technical requirements

6) Should have worked on both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Experience with Agile methodology is given priority

7) Should understand the key trends and their applicability in Healthcare Digital, IoHT, Analytics

8) Should have worked on large RFPs in the Healthcare space particularly related to transformation programs, (application) portfolio rationalization, M&A-based consolidation, legacy modernization, integration with Federal and State Govt. entities, data and functionality migration, regulatory reporting to regulatory entities like NCQA, CMS, TJC

9) Should possess sound understanding of the importance of Healthcare regulations

10) Should have built Healthcare domain capabilities; Should have also presented Healthcare solutions (including working prototypes) to Healthcare Payer / Provider / PBM Clients

11) Healthcare Certifications (from AHIP / AHM) are good to hav
