Roles and Responsibilities

1) Looking for Recruiters with 0.6 - 4 years of experience who can fulfil the following criteria
2) Hands on experience in souring for IT skills.
3)Performing End to End recruitment process.
4)Experience in sourcing candidates from job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
5) written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
6) Conduct initial HR Screening (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc Good to Have
7) Go getter personality
8) Education : Graduation is must
9) Basic Excel skills
10) Good verbal and written communication
11) Adaptable
