Service Now Testing
Location: Pune
Exp 4 to 6 years
Must have: relevant experience for Incident, problem, change, service request, CSM modules of ServiceNow
JD: Hands on testing experience in ServiceNow application i.e. CSM, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Request Mgmt. modules [MANDATORY].
Experience in QC and JIRA tool (Writing Test Cases, Test Execution, Defect life cycle & Generating Reports) [MUST]
Experience in Selenium Automation testing [Preferable]
Experience on PyTest automation Framework [Preferable]
Good knowledge on Agile methodologies.
Need to be aware STLC & Defect lifecycle.
Well versed with Sanity, Functional & Regression testing.
Good communication skills, Good team player & excellent learner
