Dear Applicants We have an urgent Requirement for the "OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER PROFILE for the "INTERNATIONAL LPO/KPO."
Description of the process:-
Ownership with regards to filing various procedures and files with specific responsibilities for ensuring that overall policies, practices and/or regulations meet compliance requirement.
Roles/Tasks to be performed by the associate:-
Team Performance is a Team Leader's responsibility.
- Performance feedback session to be provided to agents.
- Primary focus on CPM/SLA.
- One to one relation building.
- Analyze various reports including process dashboards & team performance reports.
- Motivating associates through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanism.
- Timely Submission of Operations Review
- Manage attendance and attendance incentive for the team.
- Attain SLA through effective management of the daily operations of the team.
- Conduct audits & share feedback with team members
Type of Process:-
Analytical And interaction with customer over the Phone
Skill Sets required in the candidate(Job requirement):-
- Prior Experience of managing a team of 10-15 FTEs (Preferable)
- Good reasoning and risk identification skills
- Leadership quality and organizational awareness
- sufficient computer knowledge (Office, basic database skills)
Educational Background:-
Graduate / Post Graduated
Work Experience:-4-8 Years of experience /Prior experience in BPO non-voice process
Shift Timing :- Any (Day/Night) Work from home
NOTE:- Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and Analytical Skills.
